Wow, where do I start? Closes as soon as you open it, always freezes and no its not because of the wifi signal as no other streaming app I have has an issue. Any reason why you cant download any episodes to watch offline? Whats even worse is it doesnt even remember where you left off when you leave and come back. I expected way better from Cinemax. Stick to Netflix or Amazon prime people.

Why is this app not available on Apple TV? All the other premium networks are except Max Go(Cinemax).

Keep getting a startup error on iOS. App won’t even open.

I just continue to get error messages... won’t even start

Cant watch any tv shows just wont open them only shows movies just black when trying to watch show

Does anyone ever bother to monitor this app? I have been trying for a week solid to log in thru my Verizon account and can not get it to connect. It NEVER seems to work. Also, how is there no Apple TV app yet?

Terrible app

It would be awesome if the app could cast. Seems like a current feature now days. Hope to see it on a update.

Please make this app available for individual subscribers I dont have cable, but would like to watch individual channels like HBO Now I love that one!!!

Odd that this app is updated for iPhone X before HBO Go but still no Apple TV app!! Unlike its big brother HBO Go, this app does not have an Apple TV app. Do what Starz and Encore did and merge into one! This app is terrible. Please fix

I enjoy the app and was excited that it finally updated. I thought for sure I would be able to connect to my chromecast and watch from the app but no... So very disappointing. It seems that you are still behind HBO and Showtime in this arena as both allow connectivity through streaming content. Well... maybe when the next update is released in 5 years well have this luxury.

For several days now, I have attempted to sign on the app but keep getting message that I cannot sign on at this time, please try again later. I am ready to cancel my Cinemax subscription if they can’t fix this problem. I see other reviews with the same problem. Why isn’t this being corrected?

How can this app not have the same capabilities as the HBO apps? Like for real! My cable provider has a very limited selection of your Video On Demand so I turn to the apps to access the content... and by the lack of functionality of your app, it’s as if you don’t really want to provide access to your content. Should we be asking our providers to split out the MAX service since we are getting service?

I pretty much only use streaming apps via chromecast. This is the reason I got rid of amazon, and the reason I will be ditching Cinemax.
